Festivities

 

What a marvelous Christmas this was! I hope that each of yours were equally enjoyable. There was travel, laughter, catching up with old and new friends alike, family, delicious food, splendid color, caroling, dancing, and most importantly joy. As we sat around the dining room table on Christmas morning we discussed all the things that we were thankful for this year. I know that we could have been there forever as there is so much. It was my turn and then there were tears of joy and thankfulness for Amiri and all that he means to me, for his parents and for my future brother-in-law. I stand in awe of all that this past year has brought and of the many blessings in my life. I am now looking forward to all that 2008 will bring.
